Valor Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Clean and clear the tables, work stations, and overall kitchen area while maintaining a high standard of sanitation.;
Operate an automatic dish washing machine and load/unload dishes according to operation instructions.;
Load dishwashing solutions into automatic dispensers and regulate detergents and chemicals.;
Manually scrub pots, pans and other kitchen equipment that cannot be washed automatically.;
Maintain the dish room and kitchen areas in a sanitary condition and assist with trash and floor cleaning as directed by management.
