Great Eats Hospitality - : [Restaurant Supervisor] As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Great Eats Hospitality, you'll:
Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front of the House;
Complete and share daily log reports in the absence of Lead and Assistant Manager;
Confirm that the flow of the dining room creates an inviting atmosphere for guests and Front of the House staff;
Fill in the cracks of the Front of the House to guarantee all staff is supported during their shift;
Be responsible for the Front of the House opening & closing check out processes.
