Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a
Waterpark Front Desk Supervisor.In thispositionyou willbe responsible for internal waterpark revenue sales, preparing reliable daily reports,assistingguestsand processing transactions. You’ll oversee the waterpark front desk daily operations and team to achieveobjectivesin sales, employee retention, beyondexpectationsguest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Pay Rate - $18 - $19/Hr.

• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, good customer relation skills and have great attention to detail
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by Associates, Supervisors, Department Heads, Senior Management, and guests.

• Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work
• A positive attitude and a personality focused on service
• Willingness to work flexible and sometimes long hours, including weekends and holidays
