• Oversee all aspects of dining operations, including cafe and catering services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary and service team.
• Ensure achievement of financial goals and targets.
• Design innovative menus and introduce new culinary concepts.
• Foster strong client and guest relationships through visible leadership.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and financial reporting (with the support of Compass resources).
• Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Be well versed in all aspects of food service management, with a proven track record of success.
• Be proactive and positive; interact professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customers.
• Demonstrate initiative and good judgement in assisting customers, clients, peers and subordinates.
• Audit units to ensure conformance with the Company, government and accrediting agency standards, regulations and codes regarding food storage, preparation, sanitation and record keeping.

• 5+ years of progressive management experience in dining services (corporate, hospitality, or catering).
• Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, marketing and presentation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop a team.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and guests directly while running operations.
• A passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customer and associate levels.
