OverviewJoin the award-winning Omni Homestead Resort & Spa as a Wine Tasting Host for the Virginia Wine Experience, a premier destination celebrating the best of Virginia's vineyards. We're seeking a passionate, engaging individual to lead wine tastings, private group sessions, and educational experiences that highlight the rich heritage and flavors of Virginia wine.
Responsibilities- Lead daily wine tastings and private group sessions with enthusiasm and expertise
- Educate guests on Virginia wine regions, varietals, and tasting techniques
- Create a warm, welcoming, and informative environment for all guests
- Assist with retail sales and maintain a polished, organized tasting room
- Collaborate with resort staff to support special events and wine-focused experiences
- Prior wine knowledge or sommelier training preferred, but not required
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead engaging group experiences with confidence and charm
- Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and Virginia's wine culture
- Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
