Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an
Assistant Food and Beverage Director
.In this role, you willassistthe Food and Beverage Director with providing a safe, effective, efficient, efficient, organized, quality-oriented,and profitable restaurant and food and beverage operation.

You will alsoassistin planning, organizing, executing, training, and leadership necessary to achieveobjectivesin sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of all food and beverage venues.

You’llelevate the guest experience by ensuring exceptional dining quality, seamless service, and consistent operational excellence across all venues. You’ll also support associates by fostering a collaborative, well-trained, and guest-focused team environment, empowering staff to deliver memorable hospitality.

Salary Range -$115,000 - $125,000

• Lead and develop department supervisors and associates through coaching and training.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to enhance menus and event offerings.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate satisfaction.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Drive operational efficiencies by optimizing workflows, technology, and resources.

• Five years' extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurant,bar,banquet and kitchen management within a large hotel,resortor multi-unit environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets, high-volume operations, and large teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Serv Safe Manager Certification.
