Summary Of Role

The People & Culture Administrator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture department by assisting with payroll, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, reporting, employee communications, and engagement initiatives to support a positive employee experience and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support payroll, benefits administration processes, including employee inquiries, documentation, and data accuracy.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, onboarding coordination, new hire orientation, and employee file maintenance.
  • Support employee relations efforts by maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and timely follow-up on employee concerns.
  • Maintain and track People & Culture metrics including attendance, turnover, headcount, and other HR reporting needs.
  • Assist with employee communications, engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team and employees as needed.
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1–3 years of administrative, HR or payroll experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy and follow‑through skills.
