Location: Bowling Green
Modular Mission Critical, the manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean's modular product line, is seeking an Employee Relations professional for the Ruther Glen/MMC location.
You will act as a liaison between employees and management and help maintain a productive, compliant work environment on the manufacturing campus. Requirements include 2+ years in employee relations (construction/engineering preferred), a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel up to 15%.
