The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified

Direct Support Professionals(DSPs) and other critical positions that support Beacon's residential group homes. Thisrole plays avital part in ensuring our homesare staffed with compassionate,dependable professionals who provide exceptional care tothe individuals weserve.

The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, partnering with operational leaders, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other assigned positions.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, community partnerships, employee referrals, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Extend employment offersand guide candidatesthrough the pre-employment and onboarding process.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines tosupport ongoing hiring needs for residential group homes.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Ensure recruiting practicesremain compliant with applicable employment laws, Joint Commission standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System(ATS).
• Represent Beacon professionally at hiring events,job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Promote Beacon's mission, culture, and employment brand to prospective candidates.

• Three to five years of recruiting experience, and one to three years of experience in the HR/Management field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred (in human resources, organizational development, marketing, business, or a similar field is preferred).
• A background in mental health or healthcare is a plus.
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
• Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
• Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems.

• Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong computer skills utilizing various software programs and applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to create professional employee communication materials.
• Capable of working well with all levels of the organization.
• A professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work with little daily supervision.

• 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 5:00 p.m.

Occasional evening and weekend hours maybe required tosupport hiring events, recruitment initiatives, or business needs.
