Compensation$18.00–$20.00 per hour
Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase
Based on experience
Schedule- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- On-call availability as needed for maintenance emergencies and facility needs

- Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment issues
- Perform regular facility and safety inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance concerns
- Coordinate vendors and contractors when needed
- Maintain maintenance records, supplies, and equipment
- Help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Healthcare or long-term care maintenance experience is a plus
- General knowledge of building repairs and preventative maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities
