Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Regional Sales Process Execution & Governance
  • Implement and maintain standardized sales processes across the Commercial West region.
  • Reinforce clear definitions for pipeline stages, forecast categories, commit criteria, and CRM hygiene expectations.
  • Conduct regional process inspections and partner with Sales leadership to address gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Support process onboarding for new sellers, leaders, and support staff.
Forecasting Support & Pipeline Health
  • Facilitate the weekly forecasting process, ensuring data integrity, consistent methodology, and structured deal inspection.
  • Monitor pipeline health, including coverage, aging, push trends, and deal flow.
  • Prepare region-specific forecast summaries and insights for the RVP and leadership reviews.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations that improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
Reporting, KPIs & Analytics
  • Maintain and distribute regional dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, forecast variance, productivity metrics, and performance KPIs.
  • Analyze sales performance trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Support Q  preparation, monthly reviews, and strategic performance deep dives.
  • Ensure all KPIs and reporting align to enterprise definitions and standards.
Sales Tools, Systems & CRM Optimization
  • Support CRM workflow adoption across the region; partner with Sales leadership to drive compliance.
  • Conduct periodic CRM audits to identify data quality issues and ensure accuracy for forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify local workflow improvements and collaborate on enhancements to CRM or related sales tools.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and act as the first escalation point for regional CRM inquiries.
Commercial West Sales Partnership
  • Operate as the primary Sales Operations partner to the Commercial West RVP and Sales Directors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations across segmentation, territory design, productivity trends, and pipeline strategy.
  • Support operational readiness, sales planning, and business rhythm activities.
  • Ensure the West region executes consistently against enterprise processes while addressing unique regional needs.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with Finance, Services, Strategy, IT, Marketing, and other teams to resolve operational issues affecting sales execution.
  • Support regional alignment in areas such as compensation inputs, territory planning, and GTM readiness.
  • Surface regional challenges or opportunities to Revenue Operations for continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance sales efficiency, data integrity, or operational performance.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations
    , or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret pipeline trends, forecast performance, and productivity metrics.
  • Proven experience supporting regional sales teams or similar field organizations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with discipline and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-region or multi-segment sales environments.
  • Familiarity with standardized sales methodologies and forecasting models.
  • Exposure to OEM-driven, managed services, or professional services sales motions.
  • Experience in productivity analysis, segmentation, or coverage optimization.
