We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst at our Duffield, VA facility with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to configure, optimize, and support D365 F&O—specifically focusing on Production Control, Product Information Management (PIM), Sales & Marketing, and Procurement & Sourcing.
The ideal candidate will combine functional understanding of D365 F&O with hands-on problem solving, system configuration, and business process analysis. This position also provides first and second-tier desktop support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary internal expert for D365 F&O within the business.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and other operational teams to understand business processes and translate them into functional D365 solutions.
- Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules, primarily:
- Production Control
- Warehouse Management
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Sales & Marketing
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Support system design sessions, configuration changes, testing cycles, and user training.
- Develop functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Troubleshoot D365 issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with other TSI teams when required.
- Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement using D365 tools and best practices.
- Participate in upgrade testing, patch review, and validation during release cycles.
- On-site presence to support production and onsite users.
- Occasional after hours or weekend work to support business needs.
- Willing to travel ~10% to support the business needs.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Production Control, Warehouse Management, PIM, Sales & Marketing, and Procurement & Sourcing modules.
- Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and document D365 solutions; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- On-site availability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
Salary Range: $62K-$88K
