Position: Systems Administrator with Security Clearance
Location: King George

The Systems Administrator supports the system administration functions to ensure a high level of availability of the simulation systems as appropriate and required for each supported facility. The Administrator will receive, distribute, install, configure, and maintain operating systems across Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms, simulation systems, application computer programs, and user accounts. In addition, the System Administrator will:
* Install and configure operating systems and simulation applications.
* Perform system backups and restorations for each simulation system as appropriate.
* Provide system administration technical assistance for test or training events at each supported facility. Maintain records of system administration activities on all assigned simulation systems. Examples include operating system and application computer program configurations and versions, software distribution request forms, operational logs, and other reports. Requirements
* Four (4) years of the following:
* Experience implementing and maintaining complex computer system network administration activities.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows computer operating systems, LINUX operating systems, CISCO Systems, computer security program administration, administration/distribution of commercial and Government owned application computer programs.
* Experience implementing and following processes that are within Government security guidelines and maintaining network infrastructures to ensure network architectures can be accredited for Government wide network usage.
* IAT Level II or higher
