Position Overview

Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant – Contract

Location:

Hybrid remote (Bristow, VA 20136) | Salary: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour |

Hours:

40 per week

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud platform.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM features using available tools and APIs to meet unique organizational needs.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to client HR teams, enabling smooth adoption and ongoing system utilization.
• Assist in integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with existing IT infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or on-premises systems through APIs and middleware solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, test cases, and project progress to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules within a cloud environment.
• Prior exposure to other cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases (SQL), and programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies such as Agile.
• Knowledge of IT management concepts including Dev Ops practices for continuous integration/deployment and system automation.
• Hands‑on experience working with APIs for system integrations and data exchange between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise applications.

Occasionally travel to VA/MD or DC when needed; candidates willing to relocate are also acceptable.
