Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator

Location: FT Onsite in Vienna, VA

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

Position Type: Multiyear Contract

• Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
• Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
• Experience in documenting operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
• Experience with Service Now or equivalent ticketing system
• Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control - Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment
• Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management
• Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
• Effective organizational, planning, and time management
