- Hardware Break/Fix & Troubleshooting
- Network Infrastructure Support
- PDU/KVM Management
- Data Center Deployments & Site Refreshes
- Asset Management & Documentation
- Data Center Operations Experience
- Routers, Switches & Firewalls
- LAN/WAN Knowledge
- Cabling Standards & Testing
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Experience with Enterprise Hardware Support
- 5+ Years of Data Center Experience
- Experience with Cisco Networking
- Strong Communication & Problem‑Solving Skills
