SAP Business Analyst in Ashburn, VA

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops/discussions
• Write functional design specifications (FSD), including data mapping, for FI integrations, enhancements, and reports.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories/test scripts and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases
• Develop detailed test plans
• Perform functional testing after configuration/development completion
• Work with business analyst peers to architect cross‑functional business processes
• Identify & define process and system dependencies while implementing new SAP functionality in the context of ongoing enterprise business and IT initiatives
• Perform configurations within the SAP Operations modules, coordinating closely with a small team of other SAP BSA
• Ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs, and meet business needs
• Provide strong hands‑on technical expertise; analyze business requirements; identify risks; and collaborate with other IT functional and technical disciplines

• Bachelor’s in computer science or closely‑related field.
• Experience with full life cycle Quality Analysting/analysis and Software Quality Assurance process (requirements analysis, decomposition, test case design, prioritization, risk analysis, test execution, metric reporting, etc.).
• Design and maintenance of automated regression testing frameworks, execution and maintenance of automated regression test cases/suites.
• Design and maintenance of performance testing frameworks and execution and maintenance of performance regression test cases/suites.
