Modine Manufacturing - - Responsibilities:
Perform approved warranty repairs on data center critical cooling systems, including chillers, CRAH units and Fan Wall systems;
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues to identify the cause of equipment failures or performance concerns;
Replace defective parts and components in accordance with warranty guidelines, technical instructions, and safety procedures;
Support warranty investigations by documenting findings, failure details, corrective actions, and parts replaced;
Work with Technical Support to confirm warranty validity, required repairs, and appropriate resolution steps
