Your role and responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of business system implementation projects, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Success Factors or similar business system implementations, managing scope, timeline, budget, and risks
* Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams (10-50 members), including functional, technical, and strategy consultants
* Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and high client satisfaction
* Drive project governance, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
* Collaborate with internal leadership to support practice growth, talent development, go-to-market initiatives, and continuous improvement of delivery methods

Required technical and professional expertise
* 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager
* Minimum 6+ years of overall professional experience
* Proven experience managing business system implementations (e.g., ERP, HCM, or similar platforms)
* Demonstrated experience managing projects with a value of at least $1.5M
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in a consulting or client-facing environment
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days per week based on client needs
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Experience managing SAP Success Factors implementations or experience with other cloud-based HR systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Workday, UKG/Kronos, Workforce Software)
* Previous experience working on HR or talent transformation-related projects
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
* Experience working in a consulting environment with large enterprise clients
* Bilingualism (English and French or Spanish) or additional languages considered an asset
