Role: HR Technology Data & Reporting Analyst
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Merrifield, VA (Hybrid)
Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: ~6 Months
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled HR Technology Data & Reporting Analyst to drive data-driven insights across HR Technology operations. In this role, you will design impactful dashboards, streamline and automate reporting processes, and deliver real-time analytics that improve operational performance and service delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with enterprise platforms and turn complex data into actionable insights that support both leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities- Integrate and consolidate data across platforms including Oracle Fusion HCM, Service Now (HRSD), Azure Dev Ops, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions highlighting operational performance, trends, incidents, and SLA metrics
- Develop clear, compelling data visualizations and executive-level reporting
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Create reporting across Azure Dev Ops and Service Now, including metrics such as epics, user stories, throughput, velocity, cases, incidents, and resolution trends - Leverage AI tools to automate reporting processes, improve data quality, and surface predictive insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- Experience with HR Technology platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Service Now, and Azure Dev Ops
- Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Experience integrating and aggregating data across multiple systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred:
Experience with AI/ML tools, executive-level reporting, and Agile metrics
The pay rate for this position is between $45.00 and $66.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
