Service Now QA Engineer
We are seeking a Service Now QA Engineer to support the quality, stability, and performance of Service Now platform implementations across multiple modules. This individual will be responsible for validating configurations, customizations, integrations, and upgrades to ensure platform functionality aligns with business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing Service Now workflows, catalog items, integrations, and UI components, and is comfortable working in Agile environments alongside developers, platform administrators, and business stakeholders.
