Responsibilities:
  • Own, negotiate and manage  and Hub Spot contracts for licensing, maintenance/support (including any 3rd party consulting/support).
  • Own and manage related budgets, monitor, and manage to spend accordingly.
  • Identify and apply system updates, patches, and version changes to ensure ongoing reliability/sustainability.
  • Ensures there are established processes for system/data backup and recovery.
  • Proactively monitors the system to identify issues or potential problems; initiates action plans as needed.
  • Seeks, identifies, and deploys methods to optimize system performance, and processes for system usage.
  • Setup/maintain user security and access controls – define/setup security roles, create/maintain user accounts, passwords, and grants access accordingly.
  • Collaborates with Data Privacy Officer (DPO) to ensure system data and usage complies with any applicable data privacy and protection laws/regulations.
  • Oversees/monitors and resolves incidents and service requests related to the system.
  • Collaborates with functional business leads to define process and system requirements.
  • Oversee and/or perform system configuration changes and/or customization to meet business/user requirements – including data retrieval/reporting outputs/dashboards, etc., and integrations with other systems/applications.
  • Collaborates with functional business leads to define processes/procedures, and roles/responsibilities for system usage and data maintenance.
  • Monitors/audits system usage and data for compliance – initiates corrective actions as/when needed.
  • Define and employ change management processes/procedures.
  • Define, document, and implement process/procedure for system administration and usage, providing a standard method and training materials.
  • Train key users ("Train the trainer").
Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, supporting the  application and Hub Spot.
  • Applied knowledge and understanding of the  and Hub Spot platform and associated products/applications.
  • Ability to configure and customize  via the usage of the Application Programming Interface (API).
  • Applied knowledge of relational database structures and data acquisition.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM components and processes.
  • Knowledge and application of metadata maintenance best practices.
  • Firsthand experience in analytic applications and analytic design, screen layout, widgets, and custom scripts.
  • Well-versed in visualizations and their usage – charts, tables, filters.
  • Strong logical/analytical and process-oriented thinking - Ability to breakdown and summarize complex or abundant information into smaller, more understandable pieces.
  • Strong technical writing – including the ability to document complex process flow diagrams.
  • Basic project management - ability to effectively identify, sequence, prioritize and execute projects/tasks.
  • Effectively lead/work with others; and resolve conflicts when required.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to make decisions.
  • Active listening, and effective communication skills; ability to effectively prepare for and conduct meetings or presentations.
  • Familiarity with, and use of change management processes/procedures.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Willing to travel domestically & internationally as required.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent personal skills.
  • Leadership ability and organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
