The contractor will be responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise technology systems. This role requires a deep understanding of technology infrastructure and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain enterprise technology systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise technology systems.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise technology systems.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
