Job Description

Pro Sidian Seeks a Sr. Tech Architect / Consultant (Contract Contingent) located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. The Pro Sidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities.

This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures. The ideal Sr. Tech Architect / Consultant (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The Pro Sidian Engagement Team.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: SR. Tech Architect DBA: A Bachelor's Degree is desired. Work Experience includes five years of DBA experience in Government or industry and a minimum of two years of programming experience in BPM K2 environment.
