The IT Support Technician provides first‑line technical support to Wilmot employees, focusing on resolving help desk tickets, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring system reliability. This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused role.

• Provide front‑line onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and mobile devices.
• Facilitate and support employee onboarding/offboarding, including hardware setup and account provisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet connectivity, email, and business applications.
• Maintain asset inventory and coordinate moves, additions, and changes for hardware and software.
• Support audio/visual systems for meetings and events.
• Provide other administrative assistance to support Customer Service, Project Management, and Sales Departments.
• Maintain compliance in accordance with all policies and procedures, and Wilmot’s core values.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with at least one year of related experience.
• Experience with basic networking, Windows support, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical users.
• Demonstrated solid work ethic, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

• Must be able to move about the office, operations center, and modular unit environments to install, maintain, or troubleshoot IT equipment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching may be required.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment or packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Occasional use of ladders or crawling under desks may be necessary to access hardware and cabling.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
