Location: Fort Lee
The One 23 Group Inc. supports DeCA IT infrastructure and delivers full‑service desktop, mobile, and collaboration support to government users. You will perform Tier 2 technical and functional activities, manage tickets by priority, and provide on‑site service desk support for 11,000+ users.
Requires an Associate’s degree or 3+ years in Windows computing, DoD 8570.1 IAT II or higher, ITIL training, and a Secret clearance. On‑site work and training are provided as part of the role.
