We are seeking a System/ Network Administrator who will be responsible for managing our server and network infrastructures. The System /Network Administrator's responsibilities include monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our software, hardware, servers, and networks run smoothly.

• Configuration and maintenance of servers, systems, and Network
• Diagnose and troubleshoot workstation technical issues.

• Configure, test, and install switches, firewalls, routers, and gateways, and support network environments for video and audio‑conferencing environments.

• Monitoring and maintenance of equipment and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Rack Space)
• Management of multiple firewalls in multiple sites: onsite, colocation, cloud
• They are designed, configured, and installed servers and other corporate devices when needed.
• Assisted and trained new system users and set up their accounts.
• Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware.
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
• Update and maintain technical documentation.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of analyzing existing data networks and recommending scalable and supportable solutions

• 5-7 years of experience as a System/ Network Administrator
• Competent in Windows OS, Windows Server OS, MAC OSX, Linux, VMware, Hyper‑V, Fusion, Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki
• Solid understanding of server and systems management
• System Security – AV and/or comparable proven techniques
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
