- Support the National Programs Intelligence Systems & Application Operating Unit.
- Ensure applications remain operational by monitoring performance and providing technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to resource usage.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system and database issues.
- Oversee and manage both virtual and physical servers for enterprise, regional, and local systems.
- BA/BS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Masters degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in system administration, specifically with Linux, including RHEL and Ubuntu, and UNIX in classified environments.
- Some Windows server administration experience would be good to have.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Database installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing both virtual and physical servers.
- Experience performing system monitoring.
- Experience with backup management.
- Experience implementing performance optimizations.
Demonstrates expertise in system administration, particularly with Linux and UNIX in classified environments, while providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system and database issues. Proficient in managing both virtual and physical servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
