We are seeking two experienced Senior IP PBX / VoIP Network Engineers to support enterprise communications infrastructure across multiple secure facilities.

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise IP PBX / VoIP systems including Avaya, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Mitel, and Microsoft Teams Phone System
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across VoIP protocols including SIP, H.323, RTP, and QoS
• Manage and support network infrastructure including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall configurations
• Administer and maintain session border controllers (SBCs)
• Support CCTV systems and structured cabling infrastructure
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency communications issues
• Support continuity operations at alternate work locations as required

• 5 to 7 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise IP PBX and VoIP systems
• 4+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure
• Proficiency with VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP, QoS) and session border controllers
• Experience with structured cabling and CCTV systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; must be available on‑call for emergencies
• Core hours are 8:15 am to 5 pm, Monday Friday, with after‑hours on‑call support as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs; must be comfortable working at heights (ladders and lifts) and in confined spaces

• Cisco CCNA or CCNP Collaboration
• Avaya ACSS or ACIS
• CompTIA Network+

Active Top Secret security clearance issued by DCSA required prior to start date. Must have the ability to obtain SCI access.
