Technical Analyst
This position involves working in a hybrid setting, combining onsite work in a regional area with remote capabilities. As a contract role, the Technical Analyst will engage in data management and integration tasks using a popular IT service management platform. The role requires proficiency in data models and governance, ensuring structured IT data and compliance with lifecycle management policies.
Manage and integrate data using IT service management tools. Ensure IT data is structured according to industry-standard data models. Establish and maintain health dashboards to monitor data quality. Identify and address stale or orphaned data. Collaborate with stakeholders for governance and compliance activities.
Experience with IT service management platforms and data integration. Proficiency in managing configuration management databases and related relationships. Understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Experience in managing configuration item life cycles and change management processes. Familiarity with establishing and maintaining data health dashboards.
