Service Now Platform Knowledge including:
Strong Proficiency in CMDB Tables, and relationships amongst various CI's Data ingestion and Data integration skills Service Now CSDM knowledge/experience including:
Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with a particular emphasis on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, Business Capabilities and ability to establish relationships amongst various CI's Ensure IT data is structured according to CSDM
Nice to have:
Managing CMDB Data within Service Now Data Governance and Data Quality knowledge/experience including:
Managing CI life cycles, Change Management. Enforcement of policies for CI lifecycle management, including creation, updates, and retirement. Establishing health dashboards Identifying stale or orphaned data Prior experience with Governance and Compliance activities by working with CI owners and auditors
