Senior QA Engineer with Security Clearance

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing strategy and QA automation for large-scale FEMA applications, ensuring quality, security, and performance across cloud-hosted systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead QA planning across multiple systems or programs.

* Architect automation frameworks and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.

* Conduct security and performance testing.

* Define quality metrics and reporting dashboards.

* Mentor QA teams and lead UAT coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least 7 years of relevant work experience.

* Advanced automation and test architecture skills.

* Experience with cloud-native test tooling and Dev Sec Ops  practices.

* Knowledge of federal security and compliance requirements. Education and Certification Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.

* Agile or ISTQB preferred. Clearance Requirements:
* U.S. Citizenship.

* Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
