We are seeking a Data Analyst SME
to serve as FEMA’s authoritative expert for analytical strategy, enterprise-wide dashboards, performance metrics, and advanced modeling.

• Advise leadership on analytic strategy and modernization.
• Lead enterprise analytics platforms and data governance.
• Oversee complex forecasting, modeling, and cross-agency reporting.
• Develop enterprise KPI frameworks.

• More than 10 years of experience in a related role.
• Mastery of advanced analytics and data visualization.
• Deep familiarity with FEMA and DHS data requirements.
• Strategic advisory and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Analytics Certifications Preferred.

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
