System One is seeking a Desktop Support technician for a multi-year contract onsite in Vienna, VA. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Required:
1–5 years of relevant experience, Windows 11 support, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, One Drive, Teams), basic networking and MFA/ phishing concepts. Nice-to-have:
Service Now, Connect Wise, Palo Alto Global Protect, Citrix VDIs; strong communication and teamwork.
