10 years Service Now experience plus a Bachelor's degree is required. Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum). Must possess Service Now Certifications. Demonstrated expertise as a senior Service Now engineer delivering similar scope projects. Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments. Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories. Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Job Description
Our major areas of responsibility include:
Transition O&M of legacy IT systems and capabilities. Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE) development, integration, and accreditation. Migration of legacy capabilities into the new environment. DEE O&M and expansion.
