Century Distribution Systems seeks an AI Business Transformation Manager to lead AI and data science initiatives within our Transportation & Logistics operations. Partnering with business leaders, you'll identify high-impact opportunities, translate requirements into AI-powered solutions, and guide cross-functional teams from concept through deployment. You'll oversee roadmaps, manage projects, and ensure models are robust, ethical, and aligned to business KPIs. In our collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll mentor teams, champion innovation, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, forecasting, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across transportation and logistics operations.
- Translate business needs into clear data science and AI solution requirements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from scoping through deployment and measurement.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure solution adoption.
- Develop and maintain AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Monitor performance of deployed models and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion change management, training, and communication for AI initiatives.
- Report on KPIs and ROI of AI projects to senior leadership.
