Immediate openings for independent 1099 contractors to perform insurance underwriting surveys on residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. Must be self‑motivated and proficient with Microsoft Word. Experience is preferred but not required.

• Conduct on‑site underwriting surveys of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
• Assess property conditions and identify hazards that may lead to claims activity.
• Gather data to assist insurance companies in establishing replacement cost values for buildings and dwellings.

• Basic knowledge of home construction materials and methods.
• Previous inspection experience is helpful.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of meeting and conversing with community members.
• Must have a PC, internet access, and a digital camera.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word.

Service area includes Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, and Washington DC.

Per‑report compensation. Work volume may be part‑time or full‑time based on business volume within a defined territory.
