$36,000 - $56,000 Annually

Our Campbell County Farm Bureau Office in Rustburg, VA has an excellent full‑time opportunity for a career‑oriented, customer‑focused individual.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

• Provide assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of insurance products.
• Work with the County Board of Directors.
• Promote Farm Bureau Bank.
• Assist individuals / members with health insurance needs.

• Previous administrative support experience.
• Outstanding technical skills, including MS Office applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Property & Casualty license (within 3 months of hire, paid by company).
• Previous insurance experience preferred.
• Outside/inside sales experience a plus.

• Paid training for licensing and standard sales training.
• Ongoing development and support in all roles.
