Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is focused on servicing standard to mid-market personal lines accounts, with no new business responsibilities. • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

• Provide exceptional service to clients by managing and maintaining personal lines accounts.
• Handle policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize AMS
  360 and Image Right software to manage client information and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Licensure:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency setting, or 5+ years in a captive environment.
  • Strong background in servicing standard to mid-market personal lines accounts.

  Proficiency in AMS
  360 and Image Right software preferred.
