- Manage your own book of business by nurturing existing relationships and finding ways to support your clients as their lives change.
- Prepare and present coverage options that align with the specific needs of our community members in Gloucester.
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes to ensure our clients always receive the most accurate and helpful information.
- Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local service approach and maintain high standards of client care.
- Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client relationship management.
- Solid understanding of risk management and various insurance products.
- Clear, empathetic communication style, both in person and over the phone.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple client files and renewal cycles effectively.
- Comfort using modern agency management software and digital documentation tools.
