We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. • Review client risk profiles to ensure they have the proper coverage for their home, vehicle, and family security.
• Proactively reach out to local households to introduce our protection strategies and explain how we differ from big-name carriers.
• Prepare and present clear, accurate quotes that help families make informed decisions about their future.
• Maintain regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure their policies evolve alongside their life changes.
• Collaborate with the local team to organize community events that build trust and visibility for our agency.
• Manage incoming requests with a focus on responsiveness and genuine helpfulness.

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Active Virginia Life and Health insurance license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Proven ability to articulate complex concepts into simple terms for clients.
• Valid driver's license for occasional community outreach and local visits.
