Consult with families and individuals to evaluate their current protection needs and identify gaps in coverage.

Create customized insurance solutions that align with the specific financial goals of our clients.

Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients through consistent outreach and community engagement.

Review existing policies during renewal periods to ensure coverage remains relevant and beneficial.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy modifications within our database.

Current Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Minimum of two years experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Strong command of agency management software and digital application systems.

Clear, empathetic, and professional communication style in person and over the phone.

Deep understanding of insurance coverage types and risk assessment.

Ability to network effectively within the Palmyra community.
