Oversee daily operations and drive business growth within our Chesterfield office.
Coach and support your team of sales producers to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
Create and refine strategies to expand our client base throughout the local community.
Monitor key performance indicators to ensure we are meeting our service and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the broader district team to share best practices and foster a culture of excellence.
Maintain high standards of compliance and ethics in all business dealings.
RequirementsVirginia Property & Casualty or Life & Health Producer License.
Minimum of three years of professional leadership experience within the insurance sector.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and guide a successful sales team.
Strong understanding of insurance product lines and regional market trends.
Advanced proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
