Order Filler; Grocery Store

Overview

Order Filler position at CW Resources located in Fort Gregg-Adams Commissary. Shift is Sunday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Scheduled days and hours may vary based on business needs.

No experience required—training will be provided. Position is open to applicants who qualify for the Ability One Program.

• Pick orders quickly and accurately using a handheld device.
• Check product quality, selecting fresh items and avoiding damaged goods.
• Pack and stage items for pickup or delivery.
• Handle substitutions following guidelines.
• Maintain pace to meet time goals while staying safe.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate with leads or supervisors.

• No experience required; on‑job training provided.
• Valid RealID.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government base access.
• Willingness to learn new tasks.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Consistent performance meeting nightly stocking and casecount goals.
• Positive attitude and respect for all.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform bending, reaching, squatting, twisting, kneeling.
• Stand and walk most of shift on hard floors.
• Move carts and trolleys with products.
• Use hands to open boxes, handle items, and scan products.
• Use ladders or step stools to reach high shelves.
• Work indoors in stockrooms and coolers; temperature varies.
• Background noise from announcements or equipment.
• Work with dust, cardboard, and packing materials.
• Pay attention to slippery floors and safety rules.
