• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with the team; be flexible to work in other areas.
• Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food‑safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others.
• Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use the Open Door Policy; apply these in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change and feedback.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances.
