As an Organic Food Trader / Buyer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain management, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing organic products to meet market demands. Your primary objective will be to ensure a steady supply of high-quality organic goods while maintaining competitive pricing and adhering to our sustainability standards.

• Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in organic food trading, purchasing, or procurement roles
• Strong understanding of organic certification standards, customs controls, and supply chain management principles
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other procurement software
• Commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and promoting organic agriculture
