Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Specialist - Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the packing and shipment of products in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for leading a team of packers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records of inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of packers, providing guidance and support to ensure daily packing goals are met.
• Oversee the packing process, ensuring products are packed correctly and efficiently.
• Perform quality control checks on packed items to maintain high standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory counts as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet shipping deadlines and resolve any packing issues.
• Train new packers on packing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members.

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Experience driving forklifts in a warehouse environment
