- Partner with Project Managers to coordinate procurement activities for datacenter equipment and construction-related materials.
- Track equipment deliveries from suppliers to storage warehouses and project sites, ensuring schedules are met.
- Execute contract modifications and change orders while maintaining compliance with procurement processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project objectives.
- Monitor sourcing activities, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure timely project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience using MSOffice applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing.
- 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
- Experience supporting procurement activities within construction, infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects preferred.
