CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. The Locksmith ensures facility safety and security by installing, repairing, and maintaining locks, electronic access systems, and related hardware.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on locks, doors, and electronic access systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain keylock systems, card readers, and scanning devices.
• Respond promptly to emergency requests regarding locking devices.
• Maintain accurate records and enter data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Train and mentor other technicians in locksmith basics and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years locksmith or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and strong organizational skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CMMS.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and required certifications per local, state, or federal regulations.
