CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients.

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for grass cutting, trimming, debris removal, and general grounds maintenance inside a detention facility. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, but requires on-call availability for emergency situations.

• Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the grounds surrounding the facility to include removal of trash and debris.
• Cuts the grass, trims, and mows using appropriate grounds keeping equipment.
• Applies weed killer around the fence line of the facility.
• Assists in the performance of general maintenance duties within the facility as required during off-season and inclement weather.

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 1-3 years of grounds keeping or landscaping experience. Required
• Knowledge and ability to safely operate equipment and basic repair and maintenance of grounds keeping equipment
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test
• Must have a valid state driver's license. Required
