CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients.
A Brief OverviewCGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for grass cutting, trimming, debris removal, and general grounds maintenance inside a detention facility. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, but requires on-call availability for emergency situations.
What you will do- Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the grounds surrounding the facility to include removal of trash and debris.
- Cuts the grass, trims, and mows using appropriate grounds keeping equipment.
- Applies weed killer around the fence line of the facility.
- Assists in the performance of general maintenance duties within the facility as required during off-season and inclement weather.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1-3 years of grounds keeping or landscaping experience. Required
- Knowledge and ability to safely operate equipment and basic repair and maintenance of grounds keeping equipment
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test
- Must have a valid state driver's license. Required
